Giorgia Fiaschi is a PhD student in Physical Electronics at the Tel Aviv University and holds a position as Early Stage Researcher in the European FP7 programme CATSENSE.
She earned her M.Sc. degree in Physics at the Roma Tre University (Rome, Italy). For her thesis, she spent 6 months working in the Institute of Micro Electronics and Microsystems at the National Research Council (CNR), thus starting a proficous collaboration which is still going on.
During her master and the PhD, she focused her research activities on the bio-functionalization, electrical characterization and realization of impedimetric nanostructured biosensors based on ZnO , for the fabrication of potentially low-cost disposable diagnostic tools.
Will be soon updated.
