Wondimu Alemu Gebreyes is doing his research in system medicine with specialization in medical nanotechnology at the University of Milan.
He has a double European master degree in materials engineering from Grenoble Institute of Technology and Catholic University of Leuven through an Erasmus Mundus fellowship.
In addition he has received a MSc and B.ed in physics from Addis Ababa University and Bahir Dar University respectively.
His current PhD research focuses on rapid prototyping of integrated Microfluidics electrochemical biosensors. Gas phase cluster assembled nanostructure deposition by supersonic cluster beam method is combined with 3D printing technology to develop highly sensitive, high throughput, portable and cheaper integrated microfluidic electrochemical biosensors.
Will be soon updated.
